TAGG Logistics Expands its Reverse Logistics and Returns Processing Operations

St. Louis, MO – TAGG Logistics has partnered with White-Rodgers, a division of Emerson Climate Technologies, to provide reverse logistics and returns processing services for electronic thermostats. TAGG receives returned product, processes the necessary customer information and handles all the disassembly, recycling and disposal work.

Reverse logistics involves the flow of goods and materials from what would normally be their final destination, the consumer, back through the supply chain to their manufacture or retailer. The ultimate purpose of reverse logistic is to capture value from the returned goods or ensure proper disposal. “We are pleased to be handling White-Rodgers’ reverse logistics.” says Tod Yazdi, Principal at TAGG Logistics. “TAGG coordinates returns with White-Rodgers’ customer service group and works completely within their IT system to provide a seamless outsourced solution.
