TAGG Logistics acquires ADS Logistics, Inc.
Privately-held TAGG Logistics has acquired the assets of ADS Logistics. The company will be renamed TAGG Logistics, LLC and the new management team, including newly appointed President, Gary Patterson, has begun operational initiatives to seam TAGG Logistic’s operations into that of its customers.
“I think our customers will notice our renewed effort to be their sole source for outsourced logistics solutions. I am confident our new ownership will add another successful chapter to the track record that ADS Logistics established when it was formed over 25 years ago.” said Gary Patterson.
