It has been a lot of planning and hard work but we are up and running in our brand new St. Louis warehouse. Last month we had an open house and got the chance to show off the facility and demonstrate the pick module and conveyor system. Many of the TAGGteam’s family and friends where in attendance, as well as partners and even a few clients.
The Midwest fulfillment warehouse significantly increases our capacity for direct to consumer order fulfillment. This includes sales channels such as ecommerce/online retailing, catalogs and direct mail and direct response TV. In fact, we recently added a client in the high-volume direct mail business selling a successful line of supplements that will begin shipping at the end of this month. We will be kitting product and placing it into the pick module for direct-to-consumer fulfillment.
