This weekend we are going to have a celebration for all our St. Louis TAGG team members at a local park. We are looking forward to a family affair with plenty of food, activities for the kids, lots of prizes and giveaways and even the ice cream truck. After all, our business, and our industry of order fulfillment and outsourced distribution, is built on customer service and it all comes down to the person holding the scanner, packaging the product and driving the forklift. At TAGG, we have invested heavily in all the latest e-commerce fulfillment technology and systems, but without the folks picking orders and making sure routing guides get followed, the best system in the industry wouldn’t really matter.
