It’s more than just delivering a package.  E-Commerce order fulfillment is delivering your brand.  How your shipment arrives and how it is presented in the box leaves an impression on your customers.  One of TAGG’s e-fulfillment clients practices this philosophy.  TAGG receives orders from their e-commerce site.  We wrap each item in branded tissue paper and ‘seal’ the paper together with a embossed sticker featuring our client’s logo.  We also insert collateral material including a customized ‘Thank You’ message.  Our client is selling a high-end retail item, and also a high-end retail brand.  They extend their branding way beyond the shopping cart experience and use the order fulfillment process as another way to differentiate themselves from their competitors.
