TAGG Logistics Announces Acquisition of Lesaint Logistics

ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI, January 14, 2020… St. Louis-based TAGG Logistics—the e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution and logistics provider—has acquired LeSaint Logistics, an Illinois-based company specializing in customized, integrated transportation and supply chain solutions. The result creates a nationwide network of 25 fulfillment and warehousing facilities, plus transportation management and other value-added logistics services. Tod Yazdi, CEO of the combined operation, made the announcement.

“TAGG’s direct-to-consumer and omnichannel fulfillment services are a perfect complement to LeSaint’s comprehensive supply chain expertise,” Yazdi said. “Together, we’re ready to deliver new innovation and value across the logistics industry.”

TAGG works with fast-growing and emerging brands that have an emphasis on e-commerce order fulfillment and omnichannel services, as well as drop shipping through a variety of digital marketplaces. TAGG Logistics and LeSaint Logistics share a broad base of customers in industries focused on consumer packaged goods (CPG), health and wellness, beauty aids, industrial products and specialty chemicals.
